In the last month we have had some really fun and tasty treats in our cooler. I have never had Duck or Turkey eggs before and it has been an exciting learning experience for me. I have learned that Duck eggs are easier to eat if you use them in an omlet or I tried them in my famous Mandel Bread recipe. The whites actually stay kind of translucent if you boil or fry them. The Turkey eggs are less rich than the Duck eggs, but way more rich than the Chicken eggs.
